Each month on the full moon, we have the opportunity to let go of what is no longer serving us and start the next month renewed.

The full moon during the month of May is traditionally called the Flower Moon and is named for the blooming of wildflowers in the springtime. The Flower Moon reminds us that after a long season of darkness, the light returns bringing with it new life.
